On the book The Zinn Reader: Writings on Disobedience and Democracy, It explained that the Iroquois culture did not set any laws or any structure of justice compared to European culture. However, they have the good conviction of their actions whether if it's right or wrong. Unlike the Europeans who have systematized management of controlling people who commit a crime. The Europeans describe these Indians as barbaric and they who conquered the lands call themselves as civilized.
