    The correct answer is: Russia's withdrawal from the war

    Explanation:

    The treaty of Brest-Litovsk was a signed in 1918 between the government of Russia and the Central Powers of Europe which included, Bulgaria, the Ottomans, Germans and the Austria-Hungarian Empire.

    The Treaty confirmed that Russia will not take part in the war and will stop all further skirmishes. Germany lots control of much of it's western possessions and eventually 11 new countries were formed.

    However, things did not go as planned after the treaty, as Ottoman Empire soon broke it by Invading Armenia
