Ethics involve your morality, not willing to squash others to work your way to the top. Agnostic is uncertainty with religious belief. Back in 2006, a coca cola worker tried to sell the secret recipe of coke to pepsi. Rather than accept the recipe, pepsi reported the worker to the FBI, and did not take it. This is a prime example of ethics, not willing to break the law for more sales. A man is entirely unsure about what happens when you die, or he doesn't know which god exists, or if he exists at all. That's agnostic.
