The Rio Grande is one of the longest rivers in the United States with over 3,000 km of length. It starts its path from the Canby Mountain in Colorado, then quickly falls down to the San Luis Valley and Middle Rio Grande Valley, than passes through the Rio Grande Gorge, Espanola, through the desertous landscape, and its flow comes to end at lowlands along the Mexican Gulf. This river creates big portion of the border between the United States and Mexico.
