Do you think laws banning the sale of violent video games to kids violate the u. s. constitution? why or why not?

Sure, violent games can influence some kids, but taking away things that a child likes is like taking away their identity and what they like to do. Some might say, "Oh, they can find others," but it can't be assumed that whoever plays a violent game is going to become a killer. And why should the law ban enjoyment?
