Of the problems experienced by the Confederation Congress which do you think was the most harmful? Why?

    I think that because they could not force states to provide soldiers they could not create an army because you cannot have an army without soldiers. This was the most harmful problem in my opinion.

    I think that the most of all problems was that they had no army. They could not force citizens to join the army. And since they couldn't they barely had any people. And very little protection.
