    Britain was the first to lead the world in industrialization due to its abundance of natural resources.

    Explanation:

    Britain led the world towards industrialization during the progression era that took place and also it had much availability of coal which allowed Britain to set up many factories and industries. Due to its abundance of coal store, it had run too many industries effectively which also increased the agricultural output. Political environment which was free from civil unrest resulted in industrialization.

    Britain' navy dominated the world and oceanic trade showed its dominance. It was the advantage of the British factory owners who exported their products abroad and trade relations improved.
