Under which federalism system is power is specified and shared between federal and state government?

    Some controls which are formerly held by the chief Government are reassigned to the states for the better functioning and the states to reclaim some authority. This system of federalism is called New Federalism and this was proposed by Richard Nixon.

    It includes that some grants are issued to the state government to resolve any social issue.

    For example; road ways building, the federal Government issues some block grants and guidelines which are given to the state to continue the work.
