What was the foreign policy philosophy of Coolidge and was he consistent?

    Coolidge was supporter of isolationism but he wasn't totally consistent in it. from one hand he didn't support joining League of Nations by U. S but from the other he was initiator of Kellog-Briand Pact which supports world peace. Coolidge did not recognize Soviet Union and was only U. S president who visited Cuba before Barrack Obama
