Consider the public objections to Aktion T4. Why is this one of the few instances of German objections to Nazi actions? How did the public outcry impact Aktion T4?

    Germans opposed to Aktion T4 because it also affected their families, other Nazi's actions only affected Jews and other minorities. The plan was no secret and people started to withdraw relatives from asylums and sanatoriums to care for them at home.

    Many people who used to protest were from churches, Catholic and Lutherans were opposed to the action. The Vatican even issued a decree saying that the T4 policy "was against natural and positive divine law"
