    1) Buddhism spread in a similar pattern. 2) Buddhism propounded a different religious system. It was new to many Asian countries. 3) It immersed into different regions distinctively.

    Explanation:

    1) Buddhism spread across the Asian countries through interaction among people. Those people who embraced Buddhism all traveled to different regions and places. In this way, it created a continuity in patterns of cultural diffusion.

    2) Buddhism was a new way of life to many Asian countries. Unlike other existing religions, Buddhism had no caste system nor any other hierarchical structure. It embraced every individual openly and propagated non-violence and self-realization.

    3) When Buddhism ventured into new regions and places, it was flexible to the existing norms of the regions and communities. Though the tenets of Buddhism remained mostly unchanged, different regions and communities developed distinctive ways of practicing it.
