Lex Agraria is an Roman law proposed on the tribune of Tiberius Sempronius Gracchus that states that the public land, conquered in the previous wars, that was previously owned by the Senatorial class will be purchased and provide resources to Plebians to start farming instead of suffering from unemployment and debts. This law was not taken seriously but it trully seeks improvements in the lot of the poor.
