    Explanation:

    Mussolini and Hitler did not invent fascism. But thousands of Italians were grateful to him for curbing out the socialist during the year of 1920 to 1921. They altogether with Church of Catholics and army men, all together claimed that the fascism is against communism as a bulwark.

    Franco's rule when came into being in Spain, led to arrest of many monarchists and had close relation with Falange beforehand. He himself employed fascists method and deployment of countenancing was held against communists and socialists.
