    Both A and B.

    Explanation:

Hammurabi's Code dealt with religion, family relations, business, and crime. It did in fact enforce strict punishments for crime, a lot of them being to be put to death. Some of the laws being, if a man builds and house and it kills the owner, the builder should be put to death, if it kills the owners son, the builders son will be put to death. If a son strikes his father, his hands will be chopped off. If you steal property, rob, accuse without proof, take a slave outside city gates, etc, you will be put to death. Although these laws are very harsh, Hammurabi thought they were fitting for the time.
