Anarchy: absence of any system of government in society. (basically, there are no rules or laws and everyone is free to do whatever they want) Democracy: form of government allowing every citizen to participate in government (originating in ancient Greece, people would put stones with the candidate/party they wanted carved into them. However, not everyone was allowed to vote; women and children were excluded from it.) Oligarchy: a small group of people who together governs a nation (oligarchy governments have the most in common with dictatorships and monarchies, in being that so few control the nation. Some examples would be the Soviet Union, China, North Korea and Venezuela.) Inductive Reasoning: reaching conclusions based on observation (this also includes some evidence of the truth and conclusion) Philosophy: A particular system of thought of doctrine (this question is kind of tricky, because it can also be the answer for the Socratic Method. In philosophy, thinkers seek truth, most times by questioning the status quo, and criticizing the ideas of others and creating their own. The fact that these answers are so close is because Socrates himself was a philosopher) Socratic Method: a means of arriving at truth by questioning, obtaining answers, and criticizing the answers
