Hitler changed the government and its leadership first off by becoming Chancellor of Germany that gave Hitler the power to do anything he wanted really. also his passion when he talked to people in large crowds and how he got them fired up about the Great Depression because of the Jews and how the race that is supreme is Aryan and all this nonsense, he was able to get the crowd on his side and so the German government couldn't say anything or stop him. He turned the German government against the Jews and non-Aryan people.
