Has the U. S. foreign policy conduct been good for the world?

    I believe so because it shows that we understand the need for a strong national defense. In addition, with the detente policy, which was eventually the example for the world that there is no winner in a nuclear war. Lastly, the spread of democracy and globalization does not come without great benefits and foreign aid.
