What were hamiltons and jeffersons views on the power of the federal goverment

    The views of hamiltons and jeffersons on the power of federal government is very different.

    Explanation:

    Hamilton believed in having a strong, powerful federal government, while Jefferson believed in making the states stronger. Hamilton believed that whites and blacks possessed similar abilities, the difference lied in their circumstances. Jefferson on the other hand believed the black where inferior. From Hamilton, we get the idea that there is nothing wrong with a strong central power. But, Jefferson had hard time trusting a central power.
