He brought changes in the economy, perception and far reaching reforms in the old Soviet Union. He increased the economy by 4% by going against indiscipline in the Soviet Union workforce, especially absentee staff. He also increased investment in robotic engineering and high end technologies.

    He fought corruption from the the Union and saw to long investigation of corrupt officials, leading to dismissal of ministers and other senior government officials.

    His foreign policies were from all fronts, especially with regards to Regan's Cold war, and the threat presented with the cold war which eventually led to the balkanization of the old soviet union. He faced lots of foreign wars and invasion.

    His far reaching reforms sanitized both the military, political and civil service of corrupt individuals.

    One of his most cherished reforms was in bringing onboard young reformers, who were as energetic as he was. Amongs them was Mikhail Gorbachev.
