    Initiative In this process the peoples can keep out of their state legislature. They can bypass by providing a proposed bill or constitutional amendments in the ballots. There are two types of the initiative: Direct - proposing using the ballot, Indirect - proposing using legislature.

    Referendum - It is a method that allows people to vote and select a particular legislature.

    Recall - It is a way that allows the citizens to change or removes a public official. That is they can be replaced or removed before their end of termination in the office.
