I remember the days of the World Wrestling Federation (WWF). That was a tragic event, at Kemper Arena in Kansas City. Owen Hart, whose wrestling name was "The Blue Blazer," dropped from 50 feet in the air when he was being lowered to the ring from the heights of the arena. (The harness holding him broke or came loose.) At the time, one 15-year old spectator said, "We thought it was a doll at first." They thought it was part of the show.

The television audience didn't see Hart's fall. On the TV broadcast they were showing film clips of Hart in other matches while he was being lowered into the ring. The show stopped for a number of minutes, and then they resumed with other matches. Yes, they went on with the rest of the wrestling event after the tragedy occurred.
