Letter A is the correct answer.

The Bourbon Triumvirate was a term referring to three powerful politicians (Joseph E. Brown, Alfred H. Colquitt, and John B. Gordon) in Georgia which main goal was to establish industrial connections with the North without losing the Southern traditions (such as white supremacy). By doing so, they were able to achieve their ultimate goal which was to guarantee the increase of industry, reduction of debts and modernization.
