    In Greece, all men were allowed to vote. Unlike the Romans, the Greek government allowed all men to exercise their right to suffrage

    In the Roman Senate, Senators were patricians, the most powerful part of the government. It took them generations before they replaced the monarchical government system. However, it changed to Republican system after the Senators ruling.
