Most important factor was increasing role of central govenrment and need for resources which provoked further expansion of colonialism due to fact that mercantilistic economy transformed into protectionist system, evidence of that if founding of British Empire arise of militarism sytstem in Prussia and imperial attempts of Russie which efected in partitions of Poland (1772 1793 and 95)
