Citizens of the United States include all of the following persons, except: a. those who have been naturalized. c. those who were 18 years or younger when their parents were naturalized. b. those with resident alien status. d. those who were born in the United States.

    c. those who were 18 years or younger when their parents were naturalized. I am pretty sure it would be C

    B couldn't be right because an alien status is a permanent legal invitation to a country

    It couldn't be A because being naturalized means you are legal in that country

    and It couldn't be D because if your born in the USA you already have

    automatic citizenship
