    The development which lead to the creation of new social classes during the Industrial Revolution was the fact that there was an increase in both low-skilled manufacturing jobs and high-skilled middle class jobs. Although it is true that the low-skilled manufacturing jobs were indeed in greater number than were the high-skilled ones - c.
