What does Justice Fortas mean by this statement?

Schools cannot ban students from expressing

a particular opinion if it does not interfere with

their education.

Schools must be consistent and ban all

political items from school so that students

can be safe.

The Constitution allows teachers to ban

speech if they even suspect it will be

disruptive.

    He is saying that if there is anything put into a students' learning environment that isn't necessary or can offend someone, then it shouldn't be there, and should be kept out for the better of the school and the safety of the students.
