    Explanation:

    The Servicemen's Readjustment Act of 1944, was a relief measure for the veterans of the war to start new businesses, home loans, and other benefit programs. It is informally named as GI bill which provides college and college education with one-year unemployment compensation. The law was aimed to reward war veterans for their military services. The benefits were given to all veterans who have served in war for at-least 90 days.
