    D. Domestic affairs.

Isolationism is a philosophy followed by countries who believe that it is better if they concentrate only on the affairs of their own country. They concern themselves only with the domestic affairs and prefer not to get involved in the international matters. Such governments make policies that keep the international world at a distance and discourage meddling in anyone's matters. According to these policies a country does not involve itself in other's wars or in other affairs of the others.
