    The geographic feature that bordered the western edge of Inca Empire was the Pacific Ocean. The geographic feature that bordered the eastern edge was the Andes Mountain range. These two provided the ideal cover for the empire. The north side of the empire was one of the easier ways to gain access to the empire.
