    Chisholm Trail

    Explanation:

The Chisholm Trail was like a highway for cattle in the post Civil War time. This was a way of getting the cattle to the Kansas railheads so that they could be sold and shipped further East. Many settlements sprung to support the boom of the trail and many movies were made about it. It is named after Jesse Chisholm who originally used the trail to transport goods from one trading post to another.
