The answer to this question is B. Canberra

A city could be considered as 'coastal' if its land is directly met with sea, (have beaches) If you take a look at australian map, you can see that Canberra is located a little bit further from the sides of the land, which indicates that the city is not bordered by the sea.

The city from Australia which is not coastal is B. Canberra.

Canberra is the capital of Australia and is the only city among these options which is not found on the coast but rather near it. However, Brisbane, Sydney, and Perth are indeed coastal cities, although they are not located in the same area of Australia (Perth is all the way to the west.)
