Why did General Longstreet urge Lee not to continue the Battle of Gettysburg?

    The reason why General Longstreet urge Lee not continue the battle of Gettysburg is that Lee at that time is sick, weak and able to fight anymore, even if Lee ha a strong spirit in fighting but General Longstreet knows that he will not make it to the battle field.
