    C. The declaration listed colonial complaints about many British polices. I say this because their was tyranny at that time dealing with the king. And so the people stood up and made there grievances and wanted to be independent.

    The answer is c because the reason the Declaration of Independence came about was because the colonies were tired if being pushed around. A is incorrect because the colonists did not approve of the British policies. B is incorrect because the Declaration of Independence had everything to do with the British colonial policies. And Dnis incorrect because the Declaration of Independence was written because the polices went into effect.
