Explanation

The House of Representative (HOR) and the Senate are two houses of Congress. Basically, both have similar levels of power and both are structured around committees and sub-committees according to the area of specialization but these two chambers of Congress are different in their daily operation.

The House of Representatives consists of 435 members and is larger as compared to the Senate which has 100 members. The Senate can get more flexibility from this rule as can talk as long as he wishes. While in the House of Representatives, members have to follow the rules because there are many members in the House and things have to be arranged in the order as completed Unlike the Senate, HOR has the power of getting the trail of elected officials. In HOR, the length of the term is 2 years. All 435 seats are up for election after 2 years. In Senate, on the other hand, the length of term is 6 years and only 1/3 seats are elected every two years which means only 33 or 34 senators are up for election after 2 years.
