People who worked in factories lived together in small houses that were full to the brim and the idea was to go work while another sleeps, and then you sleep when others work. The correct answer for 2 is also C. he wanted to prove that Germany was a great world power. People considered it to not have a big influence and he wanted to change this and show how important Germany was.
