Write an argument about how the effectiveness of the Declaration as a speech compares to the effectiveness as a written document

    It is clear that the Declaration, written as a physical document, is similar to how one may write a speech. Although there are clear differences, one thing that remains unwavering is the language and flow that the declaration holds, despite only being a written document.
