During the Russian Revolution, the Bolsheviks took control of the Russian government. What was one of the results of the Bolsheviks' rise to power? Czar Nicholas II was reinstated as the ruler of Russia. A democratic form of government was established. Private ownership of property was no longer allowed. Citizens were given more political rights.

    One of the results of the Bolshevik's rise to power was that " Private ownership of property was no longer allowed." Instead, a communist, "collective" form of government began.
