    According to the constitution of Georgia, the Governor has the power to establish the government in the State. The State government of Georgia is a State in the United States created by the Georgia State Constitution with a republican form of government that has three branches of government namely; the Executive, Legislature, and Judiciary. The Governor is; the chief executive and head of the state with a responsibility to oversee the Executive of the State. He is also the commander in chief of the State military and is responsible for the implementation of State laws.
