Under Franklin Roosevelts's Good neighbour policy, the Platt Amendment was rescinded. So the correct option in regards to this question is option "A". The Good Neighbour policy promoted the view of non-interference and non-intevention in the domestic affairs of the Latin American countries. This policy was enforced to create good faith among the neighbouring countries of United States of America. Under this policy America would be a good neighbour and engage in reciprocal exchanges with all the Latin american neighbours.
