How did the roman idea of citizenship facilitate political stability throughout roman territories?

    The Roman idea of citizenship allowed the conquered people to become Roman citizens. This gave them the same rights as others that were under Rome’s rules and created a more central power in the government as the conquered people felt like they were part of Rome.
