The achievements of the scientific revolution led to the enlightenment because during the scientific revolution, philosophers such as Voltaire, Locke, and Rousseau questioned the Roman Catholic Church and developed concepts that changed Europe. That led to the Enlightenment which is based on reason and individualism rather than the traditions by the church.
