-sometimes consent is not enough, voluntary exchanges can be unfair, ex: old woman who agrees to pay $50 thousand for a toilet job

-benefit may not always guarentee a moral claim: ex: squeege men

-sometimes benefit is enough, ex: Hume's house repairs

    -obligation does not guarantee consent

-reciprocity has implications as well as consent in moral claims
