International peace conference held at Hague aimed at world disarmament

International peace conference which was called by Tsar of Russia to discuss the disarmament and use of weapons to the minimum and it also aimed for maintaining peace and stability. It was held at Hague. Tsar of Russia sought some financial assistance in making the country strong with unique military arsenal and he called for the convention.
