1 - Bill of Rights - - - How to protect liberties from strong government.

2 - Electoral College - - - Whether to have direct or indirect presidential elections.

3 - Great Compromise - - - How states would be represented in Congress.

    4 - Three-Fifths Compromise - - - How enslaved people would be counted in each state's population.

    Explanation:

1 - The Bill of Rights is the unofficial name for the first ten amendments to the US Constitution, which enshrines the fundamental rights and freedoms of man and citizen (Amendments 1 to 4) and provide a mechanism for their implementation (Amendments 5 to 10).

The amendments were proposed by James Madison on September 25, 1789 and entered into force on December 15, 1791. For the first time at the national level, the legal status of a US citizen was uniformly defined, and the spheres of federal control over the observance of civil rights and freedoms were outlined.

2 - The Electoral College is a people-elected assembly in the United States whose sole task is to elect the United States President and the United States Vice President.

According to the original rules, the College shall consist of as many members as there are members of the Federal House of Representatives and the Federal Senate together, which means that each state has at least 3 electors. In addition, following a change in the US Constitution, the District of Columbia has as many electors as it would have had if it were the state, but never more than the smallest state has, which so far has been 3.

3 - The Great Compromise was a solution, devised in 1787, for how legislative power should be organized in the new United States. The compromise waas an association of the Virginia Plan, which provided for parliamentary representation according to the population, with the New Jersey Plan, which called for equal representation of all states.

4 - The Three-Fifths Compromise was an agreement between the 13 original states in the United States that a slave should count for 3/5 free men in the population of the states when distributing the seats in the newly created House of Representatives. The agreement was passed at the Philadelphia Convention in 1787 and enrolled in the constitution.
