Explanation:

This cartoon was created around 1830 - 1832 and it's purpose was to criticize Andrew Jackson (7th U. S. A. President). His opposers claimed that he was an abuser of his power. He started an American Indians removal policy, specially on the South and Northwest (the involved tribes included the Creek, Cherokee, Choctaw, Chippewa, Ottawa, among others), these territorial conflicts made the relationship between Americans and Indians grow tense and sometimes violent.

Andrew Jackson was also involved in what was later called as the "Bank war" where a strong political struggle was developed over the rechartering of the Second Bank of the United States. The Congress voted to reauthorize the Bank and Andrew Jackson vetoed the bill (The veto bill is present in the cartoon).
