    A, because the first amendment is, Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof: or abridging the freedom of speech, or the press; or the right of the people peacefully to assemble and to petition the government for a redress or grievances. It doesn't say anything about prosecution - b, it doesn't say anything about race just religion - c, and it doesn't say anything about taxes - d.
