There is more than one way for a nation to increase their wealth, but one that is pretty efficient is to invest into skills and knowledge of the people: invest in the human capital.

This would make the work more efficient and the results better, since people will be able to do their work more efficiently, that is increase their labour productivity, using the best technology available.
