    Larger than life Wide and open highways A huge Hispanic population Oil Wealth

    Explanation:

    Texas is the second largest State in the United States by area and it's huge oil reserves has made it's citizens rich.

    Cities in Texas including Houston, Dallas and Austin are among some of the largest cities in North America and are known for their sprawling metropolitan areas that stretched for hundreds of square miles.

    The cities are connected through a very well developed network of roads and freeways.

    Also, the urban areas in Texas have a large Hispanic population, not only because the State has a border with Mexico, but because not a long time ago, it was actually a part of Mexico.

    Any visitor to the city will notice bi-lingual traffic signs in both English and Spanish.
