A woman named Harriet miller comes before a judge in a Pretrial hearing she's charged with stealing thousands of dollars she pleads guilty under the sixth amendment what is her right.

    I believe the answer is A. Harriet won’t stand trial but will be sentenced by the judge.

    The sixth amendment gave the right for defendants to the right of

    - go to public trial without unecessary delay

    - Partial jury

    - Right to obtain a lawyer

    - the right to know the identity of the accuser

    - And the right to give gulty or non guilty plea

    If the defendant choose to give guilty plea, they she does not have the need to follow additional trial that could potentially increase her punishment.
